Section One Inspection Classification

Firstly, sorting and classification processing needs to be carried out before washing.

Sort by color：

Different linen treatments may cause mutual contamination, and similar linens of different colors are treated differently.

Classification by category of linen dirt：

This classification method is for the special dirt that linens have during use. Special stain removers are generally used to treat these special dirt. If heavy-soiled linens are treated routinely together with linens of the same type with normal soiling levels, it will only cause a lot of waste in rewashing.

Classification according to linen texture： 

pure cotton sheets, polyester-cotton sheets, etc. must be processed separately, while floor towels should be specially separated and washed and dried in a separate machine.

Section Two  Stain removal treatment

The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the washer extractor will wash away some stains. If there are still some stubborn stains that have not been removed, we need to use chemical detergents to remove them.

Section Three  Water passing and pre washing

For washing medium and heavy dirt, the washing step is generally used.Pre washing is a pre cleaning process that involves adding an appropriate amount of detergent.For particularly severe dirt, pre washing is a mandatory step.Pre-washing can generally be arranged after the rinsing step, or you can enter the pre-washing process directly.

Section Four   Main washing

Nowadays, washing machines have an automatic heating function. When the water temperature reaches the set temperature and then combined with detergent and centrifugal force, the cloth will be washed very clean.

Section Five   Bleach

This process is a supplementary step to the main wash and decontamination. It mainly removes pigmented dirt that cannot be completely removed in the main wash step.

Section Six   Rinsing

Rinsing is a diffusion process that uses a water temperature of 30 ℃ to 50 ℃ and a high water level to remove residual detergent components containing dirt from the fabric, thus achieving the cleaning purpose.

Section Seven  Watering and dehydration

Utilize the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the washing machine drum to minimize the moisture content of the fabric inside the drum.

Section Eight   Neutralization of peracid

The detergents commonly used in washing are alkaline. Even after repeated washing, there is no guarantee that there will be no alkaline components. The presence of alkaline substances will have a certain impact on the appearance and feel of the laundry. What's more, it will have adverse effects on human skin and health. These problems can be solved by using neutralization reactions between acids and bases.

Section Nine   Sizing

The sizing step is mainly for cotton products or mixed fiber fabrics such as tablecloths, napkins, and some uniforms in restaurants. After sizing, it can make the surface of the sizing fabric stiff and prevent fluffing. At the same time, it also forms a sizing film on the surface of the sizing fabric, which has a certain hindering effect on the penetration of dirt.
