How to instal and Operate Open Type Dry Cleaning Machine

Washing Clothes

Step 1 : Open  valve of chemical tank 1 ,than open valve #5 , then press button of pump , pump chemical from tank 1 into washing drum , then close valve at chemical tank 1  ,at last open valve of #4 ,do the washing job of 8 minutes to 15 minutes .

Extracting

Step 2 : Close chemical pump , open valve at back of chemical tank 1 , after there is button collect ,please press button of hi extract ,after 5 minutes to 8 minutes ,then it is ok

Drying

Step 3: close al the valves ,Open #8 adding water valve , meanwhile open #7 valve , after there is water flow over from#7 ,close valve #7 and valve #8 ,then press drying button ,when the pressure reach 0.3 Mpa to 0.4 Mpa , open steam inlet valve #11 ,and open valve #12 ,then open valve #10 steam exhaust , as soon as there is steam going out , close valve #10 ,and open valve #9

Then press button of low speed and fan button ,when temperature reach 55 centigrade to 60 centigrade ,that would be ok

Stilling

Step 4: close all the valves , open valve at back of chemical tank 1 , open valve #6 ,press button of pump , and after all the chemical is pumped , close #6 , then open valve #7 and # 8 to add water . press stilling button , when the pressure reach 0.4Mpa ,then open the water inlet and water out let on the top
