How to Remove The Cloth Fiber On The Inner Drum--Trouble Shooting

After Running of Laundry Washer Extractor for Decades , Most Operation of laundry shop might have  following problem 

The cloth fiber sticks to the outside surface  inner cylinder, for sake of  too much alkali chemical being  

 used in the washing process. But the operator can not touch the space of between inner drum and outter drum   in laundry washing machine , So following problem might  happens to the different colour  of  washed

garments 

How to remove the cloth fiber on the inner drum? The solutoins  are listed as bellows:

1.Wash clothes of different colors separately in fixed different   washer extractor in the beginning  

2.Cut off  the outer cylinder from the top by skilled engineer   and burn the cloth fiber  on the surface of outter surface of inner drum  with fire. after that welded back the cutted  outter drum 

The second choice to be  done by skilled welding engineer
