This not only significantly shortens the subsequent drying time and reduces energy consumption, but also reduces the damage to heat sensitive fibers caused by high-temperature drying, helping to maintain the fluffiness and elasticity of the sweater. Some high-end models are also equipped with automatic liquid addition systems and water recycling modules to achieve automatic detergent dispensing and graded reuse of clean water, ensuring consistency in washing and meeting the environmental requirements of green manufacturing and sustainable development.

In addition, washing extracting machine are commonly equipped with PLC intelligent control systems, which support the storage, retrieval, and remote monitoring of process parameters. Operators can preset dozens of sweater specific programs to achieve "one click start", ensuring consistency and traceability in processing different batches of products.
