2 Transportation and Notice
Please pay attention to the following notice ,in case of machine trouble , Operator Injuries or fire trouble and so on
1) Notice
A Please install machine at clean and dry place , with efficient water drain out system .and if the Environment temperature get very high ,please install Ventilating system to the laundry shop
B Machine must be connected to the ground firmly and stable by lines
C There is no dangerous stuff in fabric need to be washed ,such as metal and so on
D If the machine is heated by steam , the steam pipe leading to the machine , should be covered by warm Insulation material to save energy and also to avoid burning operator
E The weight of washed fabric should be no less than 90% of rated capacity and no more than the rated capacity
F If laundry shop plan not to use this machine for long time ,please cut off the electricity power , turn off the steam valve , cut off cold water ,hot water and air . When you want to shoot the trouble or try to maintain the machine ,please do the same thing above to avoid accident
G When you start this machine without outer cover , please make sure the machine has been placed in the right place ,in cases of accident caused by driven belt
H When the machine is under checking ,please make sure the power is cut off and mark of “ REPARING “ is on the machine
I Please don’t put something on the machine in case of fire accident ,besides if the good fall down , it might cause injury again
J It is forbidden to change our machine or change machine’s machinery structure
2 )Notice for transportation
Transportation Brake :When you move the machine ,please use transportation brake to protect shock absorber system , otherwise the machine may get trouble
But Before start the machine ,the transportation brake should be took off , other wise the machine may get damaged by big shock ,even cause human injury
A When move the machine , please make sure no hit or knock on the machine ,in case of damage of the machine
B When you transport the machine in raining day ,please cover the machine by plastic paper to protect the machine against water ,especially the electricity box
C When to lift the machine , please put the hanger into four ring on the top of the machine
D Foundation : The foundation need to be strong enough to afford the weight of machine , and the floor should be well leveled ,and then fixed the machine into floor by four boltd
Note :if floor is not well leveled ,the machine might have problem in extracting
E The power of machine is 3 phases 4 lines ,please make sure diameter of every electricity line is big enough to afford the current
3 Trouble Shooting
1）When the machine alarm or have some trouble , please stop the machine and solve the trouble first ,then star machine , otherwise bigger problem might happen ,causing even worse problem
2）When Emergency happens ,please cut off the electricity power first
4 Notice of Operation
1）The pressure of compressed air should be around 0.4Mpa to 0.6Mpa , the air and oil seperator should add oil or exhaust water often
2）If machine use automatic programs to wash , washing effect will be effected by many factors ,such as washed clothes quantity , size and its dirty level ,So we suggest the operator to set up their own washing programs according to the reality .
3）Please don’t short stop working time
4）Whatever use manual programs or automatic programs to wash , when the machine start extracting ,in the first 60 seconds , please watch the door’s vibration ,if the vibration is too big ,please return to the washing step , to add water , balance and extract again ,otherwise the vibration will short the machine’s machinery life
5）The fabric need to be washed ,need to selected by its kind , such as bedsheet should washed together with bedsheet , blanket should be washed together with blanket ,in cases of twisting and bad balance
6）This machine need to be watched ,especially when the machine is doing extracting jon
7）If the machine is steam heated , please install safety valve , pressure meter and stop valve
8）If the machine start extracting , the balancing water level should be high level ,otherwise it will cause great damage to the machine . And the extracting time is no more than 3 minutes , otherwise ,it will effect the machine lift
