1. This machine adopts variable-frequency drive, which makes it convenient for user to choose suitable ironing speed according to different fabrics and their thickness. 2. The trasmission, air-compressor and system of drains are respectively installed in cabinets of both sides. Therefore, it is in novel appearance, compact structure and small dimensions. 3. This machine heats the surface of drum by connecting pressed steam to drum, by which fabrics are ironed smooth and dried. 4. Each level of transimission possesses different speed so that fabrics can stretch and shrink easily. 5. This machine adopts the reducer of warm gear, which is high in speed ratio. 6. This machine uses wide conveyer belt for the fabric transmission system with collar separating them, which can avoid the flowing phenomenon during the period of transmission. Meanwhile, it is more convenient to change the belt for the usage of mini-hasp. 7. In the air-comressor place is a safety valve, which has been adjusted well in workplace. Generally, there is no need to reset it in normal work. Users have to sent it to Labor Department for annual verification. 8. Each level of transmission is segregated by insulated thin guidance belt in order to keep fabrics from being sticked. Therefore, starched fabrics can also be ironed well. IV. Operations of industrial ironing machine 1. Clean the surface of drum before ironing fabrics, and then use soft cloth to wipe the surface of drum and other parts of machine to keep the machine clean. 2. Motor and its controlling parts must be checked insulated, and check whether the machine works normally when no fabrics in it. 3. Check the opening of oil to make sure that it is unobstructed, and pour in enough lubricant, and add oil of 20# or 40# in the reducer. 4. Adjust conveyer belt well. 5. Open the valves of air compressor and drainage. Firstly, drain all the water from drum and close the valve of drainage. When the pressure of steam is up to 0.4-0.6MPa, start the variable-frequency drive. 6. Rotate the knob slowly. 7. Put dehydrated fabrics on conveyer belt and keep them smooth, and then input the ironing zone. 8. Adjust the knob of various-frequency drive to right place according to the conditions of fabrics and then operate normally. V. Maintenance of industrial ironing machine 1. Add lubricant to each rotating part periodically after a period of using. 2. The machine should be stopped to be reconditioned wnen running with noise. It needs a shutdown after a half-year operation for mantenance. It is necessary to replace the oil in reducer and add lubricant to every bearing. 3. The belt should be dismantled in a long period of shutdown. Meanwhile, drum and other transmission parts should be wiped clean and sealed. 4. Periodically check safety valves, and send it to Labor Department for annual verification. 5. According to the State Bureau of Labor: Safety Supervision Regulation for Pressure Vessels, all users should check the outward appearace of drums once each year, and any abnormal phenomenon, such as cracks, distortion and local overheat, should be dealt with in tme. If necessary, drum should be replaced. VI. Installation of industrial ironing machine 1. The only basic requirement for installation is that the machine should be kept in a flat ground of cement, and that there should be room of 1.5 meters around it for operation and maintenance. 2. After installation, please level steam drum with gradienter. 3. The inlet of air compressor and outlet of drainage should be taken into account before installation. VII.
