Trouble Shooting--Industrial Washing Machine's Exhaust Valve can not hold water

During the process of operation,the industrial washing machine 30kgs 50kgs  100kgs 200kgs  300kgs   may have problem in leaking water from the  water valve

Please calm down and check  what the trouble is step by step 

1) First of all , if it is new machine ,please check  whether the handle of  valve is  in the right position ,if the handle of the valve get bent during transportation  

Solution  :  please try to make it straight  and put the handle in the right position

2) IF there is some dirt  between  sealing Rubber and the steel valve , the water will leak from the gap

Solution :  Please push and pull the handle heavily several times so that the dirt  able to run away with water

3) If during the process of the  operation , the valve start leaking water  

Solution : please think about put some grease at the edge of valve 

   Put some grease at the edge of the valve’s hole ,which is at the bottom of the valve 

4) If the valve still keep leaking water after you put grease at the edge of the valve

Solution : please take off the valve to check whether the sealing rubber run out ,if it is run out

Please replace it
