The following artical is about how to program washing machine ,which is with punp operating panel
The maximum number of formulas is 30. they are pre-set to prog1(standard), prog2(sheets), prog3(rags), prog4(uniform), prog5(towels) and the others are all standard formulas.
4.3. Programming exemplification
The following is a fomula which we want to edit. 1. Cold Water, Medium Level, Standard Wash, 0 minute, 70℃， Supply1 2. Cold Water, heat, Medium Level, Standard Wash, 10minutes, 70℃ 3. Low Level, Drain1, 30 seconds, 70℃ 4. Cold Water, Medium Level, 0 second, 70℃ 5. Cold Water, High Level, Medium Extract, 5 minutes, 70℃ 6. High Level, Medium Extract,3 minute, 70℃ Remarks: Step1: Add water-> Add soap-> Rotate forward and reversely-> end step1 and enter into step2 when the level reaches the mediem level. Step2: Heat to 70℃-> wash for 10 minutes-> enter into step3( water level and temperature calibration is permitted) Step3: Drain1 for 30 seconds and enter into step4 Step4: Add water to medium level and enter into step5 Step5: Rotate forward and reversely and add water to high level at the same time-> wash for 5 minutes -> enter into step6 Step6: Medium extract for 3 minutes
4.4 Some skills for programming
1) It is with the function of automatical temperature calibration. This function is valid only when heating is permitted in the current step under auto operation. Note: 1) it is invalid under manual operation. 2)The function of automatical temperature calibration of current step will invalid by pressing [Heat] button under auto operation and it restores will restore the auto heating function by pressing [Heat] again. 2) If the current step is with adding water but no washing, it will not count down until the level reaches the setting level under auto operation. If the current step is with heating but no washing, it will not count down until the temperature reaches the setting temperature under auto operation. The manual operation is same as in auto operation. 3) If the current step is with adding water and washing, it wil start to wash but it will not count down until the level reaches the setting level under auto operation. If the current step is with heating and washing, it wil start to wash but it will not count down until the temperature reaches the setting temperature under auto operation. The manual operation is same as in auto operation. 4) The conditions of ending the auto fomula: 1) Time of the next step is zero and there isn’t any action of adding cold water, adding hot water, heating, draining, extracting and adding supply. 2) 30 steps have been finished because the maxium number of steps in one fomula is 30.
